Ingredients:
200g shrimp
1 canned lychee(about 16 pieces)
1 egg
1 bell pepper
A handful of asparagus
Giner, flour,oil and salt
Method:
1、take a can of lychee,pour out the pulp into pot
2、Remove the shrimp head and pick out the line
3、Put salt, pepper, flour and half egg whites in the shrimp and marinate for ten minutes
4、Boil the water in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil, put in the asparagus and quickly heat it up
5、Put the shrimp in water and cook
6、Cut the asparagus and bell pepper into small pieces and prepared
7、Add the right amount of oil to the pan, stir in ginger and shrimp
