Egg fried rice is a very common staple food, which is quite good for processing leftover rice. It is common to add salt, and my special egg fried rice is to add soy sauce, the taste is completely different.
Required materials:
·a bowl of rice,
·a spoonful of light soy sauce
·a spoonful of oyster sauce
·a egg
·one shiitake mushrooms
·some peas , red & yellow pepper,shallots
·a half a spoon of salt
·a half a spoonful of pepper powder
Method
1.Cut Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, mushrooms into diced for use
2.Put oil in the pan and scramble the egg liquid
Add more oil to make the eggs more loose
After stir-frying,hold up for use.
3.Leave the oil in the pot and pour carrots and peas.
4.After the carrots are discolored, pour red peppers and yellow peppers, stir fry evenly.
5.Pour in rice and stir fry quickly
6.Pour the scrambled eggs into the pan and stir fry evenly.
7.Add one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of pepper powder, one spoonful of oyster sauce, and one spoonful of light soy sauce. Stir fry evenly for 1-2 minutes
8.Sprinkle shallots and well to serve.
